1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Client", "you") and Ediface Studio ("Agency", "we", "our", "us"), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.edifacestudio.com website as well as any project proposals, service contracts, and development scopes executed between the parties.
2. Scope of Services & Project Proposals
Ediface Studio provides bespoke WordPress design, WooCommerce e-commerce development, performance engineering, and technical SEO architecture.
- Project Brief & Estimates: Each engagement is governed by a dedicated Project Scope Proposal detailing deliverables, milestones, timelines, and fees.
- Revisions & Scope Adjustments: Standard project packages include dedicated revision rounds outlined in the project contract. Scope modifications outside the agreed brief are quoted separately.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full settlement of all contracted project invoices, full ownership of custom design files, custom CSS, custom templates, and website content is transferred 100% to the Client. The Client retains complete control and perpetual ownership of their domain names, WordPress CMS databases, and hosting infrastructure.
4. Payment Terms & Milestones
Project fees are structured around milestones (typically 50% project commencement deposit and 50% upon final client sign-off prior to production launch) unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Invoices are payable via bank transfer, international wire, or secure online payment gateways in NGN (Nigerian Naira), USD (US Dollars), or GBP (British Pounds).
5. Warranties & Post-Launch Support
We warrant that all code and websites built by Ediface Studio will perform in accordance with agreed specifications upon launch. All custom development projects include a 30-day post-launch warranty period to resolve any technical anomalies or bugs at zero additional cost.
